FizzBuzz is a problem?! We’re in trouble now!

Jeff Atwood stirred the port over at Coding Horror. In his original post, he decried the inability of 199 out of 200 programmers to solve simple problems during an interview. Many interviewees could not solve the following simple problem:
Write a program that prints the numbers from 1 to 100. But for multiples of three print “Fizz” instead of the number and for the multiples of five print “Buzz”. For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print “FizzBuzz”.
Jeff has a follow-up post on the interesting side effect of the original post had: the compulsion for readers to demonstrate their prowess by solving this problem. Yeah, it’s right on par with an n-complete problem…
I don’t feel so bad about not being a superstar programmer anymore.
